This is in response to the negative reviews. 1. - Durrell Cullens - We have researched this case and would like to make mention that we are not the insurance carrier and was the agent on file. We will accept payments from our clients and subsequently make the payment on your behalf to the carrier. Any bills that are due are from the carrier directly not from our agency. We always try to reach a resolution when it comes to payments and will more often than not extend a payment plan above and beyond what the carrier will offer as we understand commercial transportation insurance can be expensive. 2. - Lorans Sokana - One of our managing partners attempted to reach out to this individual.
