Clearly the employees of Allstate are only employed to catch a check - zero follow through. I think I have it all taken care of now but definitely a big clear reason why I left this company after 10 years of loyalty.

Jake was incredibly helpful. Took the time to explain all my options and benefit of each. He spent time finding me the right policy and applied all the discounts I qualified for. Thanks, Jake for the exceptional customer care and service!!

Absolutely horrendous. 1st year I was with them was good, but 2nd year rates doubled out of nowhere with no driving violations, no one would contact me back when i called, secretary was rude and did not know what her job entailed, and i was shorted $200 of a policy i canceled 4 days after paying for my renewal. I would suggest the allstate shop on 2nd St SW across from Sargent's if you would like to use Allstate for insurance. He was great.

Jake is the most exceptional insurance agent I have worked with. I would highly recommend everyone checks out this location. He is very honest,respectful and welcoming. Thank you to this company for all they do.

Although I have had good experiences both via email and the phone when I went into the office hoping to complete my business I was disappointed. Several websites including Allstate show the office open until either 6:30 or 7:00 PM depending on the site and the office door states 7:00 PM also the door was open when I arrived shortly after 5:00 PM. The person there told me that the office was closed and I would have to come back. When I mentioned that the door and website indicated that the office was open later she said there was no one there that could help me, handed me an agents card and repeated that I have to return tomorrow​. I will still do business with the company but I would have planned differently had I been provided more accurate information. Perhaps I should have verified the
