I’ve been a customer for over 5 years. Lately, I keep getting cancellation notices every month for my auto insurance policy despite paying. This month I got two and the one I got today says my policy is canceling in a few days due to not paying. I logged onto my account and double checked and it says I’m up to date and my next bill isn’t due until the middle of the month. This afternoon, I called Atlas and first reception couldn’t even find me in the system. I gave my policy number and asked to speak to someone about the notices I’m receiving for my policy. She asked about it so I explained the whole situation and she said it probably is not from them and from the insurance company. I mentioned Atlas’s name is also on the cancellation notice.
