This is by far the most irresponsible insurance company that I know. They used to pay my IFTA PERMIT and then they just took the money and didn’t pay the taxes to the corresponding states. I had to pay the taxes twice plus the fee that empire charged me basically for stealing my own money. Do yourself a favor and keep away from this people

Annette has an amazing attitude and always gives the best possible service someone can give. Goes above and beyond for work everyday and her service is impeccable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for help with insurance.

Been with them for 2 years .they lie and betrayed their customer that's my experience with this place. I Definitely don't recommend this place.
