To be honest I was so frustrated at one point with the service from the l.a. area but I needed to add another vehicle to my policy and called and was transfered to Alexis and oh my goodness. The customer service i recieved from his was phenomenal. He answered all my questions he made sure to find me the best possible deal and even offered the d.m.v. vehicle registration payment as part of the deal. The customer service skills and patience he demonstrated to me and my parents was amazing. I give him personally 5+ stars.
