She communicated directly with my lender and made everything go smoothly. My home is in a high fire risk zone, but Owens insured me when many other companies refused to. She went above and beyond to ensure that I got the right coverage at the beginning of my home purchase and continued to follow up (without me asking) to ensure that the coverage I had was still the best and most affordable fit. Being a new homeowner creates a lot of worries that may be unexpected but, at the risk of sounding like a cheesy comercial, she eased a lot of concerns I didn’t even know I should have. We live in an area considered to be high fire danger. Our previous homeowners insurance company stopped doing business in CA.
