Having all of our insurance policies (Home / Auto (2) / Umbrella) handled by one local agency with a good reputation is convenient and reassuring. I was specifically looking for highly rated Auto Owners coverage and the conversion made sense financially due to the competitive rates offered by The Craft Agency. Heather made the consolidation easy by presenting quotes, explaining coverages, and preparing the paperwork like the experienced professional she is. We have been with The Craft Agency for just over one year. We had one small auto glass claim that was handled easily. So far, so good. Rates at renewal were still competitive.
