Farmers Insurance- Miller Agency

Absolutely worst insurance agency I have worked with. I have for two months straight asked for my renters policy to end and auto pay to end. No follow through. I have hundreds of dollars worth of fees that I am paying because they cannot do their job right. Same goes for Bristol West, multiple calls and they supposedly do not have record of my calls so no one will give my fees back. Definitely going to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow.

I switched to this insurance company because my previous kept raising my rates and Carl was able to get my rates down under $100 AND better insurance than my previous. He is quick to answer any messages and help me understand my policy and any questions I have. I don't regret going through him and farmers for insurance 😁

I have been very pleased with the service I have received. I have had to make several changes to my policy plus add homeowners insurance and Carl was very helpful He has taken the time to explain the differences in the policies and easy to understand. He has also Been very prompt in returning my phone calls and emails
