I had a very horrible experience with this insurance office that could have resulted in having a suspended license, fine or worse. After purchasing a new vehicle, I was charged for insurance coverage that was never properly set up. I only discovered the issue months later when I received a notice from my auto loan department stating that there was no active coverage on the vehicle. I made multiple calls to the office seeking clarification, but each time I was given vague responses and no clear answers. Eventually, I contacted the corporate office directly, where they were able to correct the issue that had not been misfiled by Evan Spooner’s office. I find it extremely concerning that an insurance agency could not explain the status of a policy I had been paying for over several months.

Christopher helped my husband and I get set up with new home owners and car insurance for both vehicles. He was incredibly patient and down to earth. I think he waited a month for us to get it together, as we had life interrupt the process. I never felt pressured by him. He was kind, honest and his patience with us was a blessing. I spoke with Chris Dragan today about setting up coverage on my Kia Soul. He is very knowledgeable with the insurance needed in Michigan, being that i just moved from the Phoenix, AZ area. He presented me with 3 options and explained them well. I asked for other coverages I needed insurance for. He presented me with those options, too. All together I am 22% less than the AZ policy, with more options added. And when my health insurance from my job starts, I will get an additional 22% savings. That's 44% savings with more coverage, than what I had in Arizona. I enjoyed talking with Chris while he wrote up my policy. Thank you Chris, for taking the time to explain everything.

Look elsewhere if you want an agent that will actually help you. I solely dealt with Evan for new policies on our home and autos but somehow he issued everything only in my husbands name even though he only ever talked to me. I couldn’t even access the online account because I wasn’t on everything. Then come to find out they issued our home policy at almost $800 a year more than I was quoted and I can’t get a real reason why and got no help to resolve the issue. Needless to say we have moved elsewhere at much better rates and much friendlier service.
