Ed Howard is hands down the worst insurance agent ever!!! My husband and I have tried contacting him for 3 months trying to change our home owner insurance. He never responds. We miss the old Fall River insurance company that actually took care of us. If you’re looking for insurance keep looking do not use Buckner Insurance.
