Having Kelly Davis, with The Ballard Agency, for our insurance agent is the best decision we ever made! We had a terrible incident with our vehicle while we were out of town in Washington, DC over a holiday weekend. Kelly literally saved us and got us and our vehicle all the way back to Durham, NC the very next day. I have never experienced customer service like this before.
