I really enjoy working with the staff at Annie Burtons State Farm office. Marcia that works the front desk is very professional and kind every time we spoke. Deb was the agent that helped me to understand everything that was going on with my policy and had patience with me no matter how many questions that I asked. I never felt rushed nor pushed to the side like I was just another customer. The hard work and time that both of them put into my case just reassured me that I made the right decision with State Farm as my insurance company.

Annie is a nice person but I think she is biting off more than she can chew. She is taking too many clients to care for the ones she already has and it shows. Don’t expect quick service when you need it.

Horrible service: Once the policy is closed, completely useless and unwilling to help processing a claim. Would not recommend buying through this broker.
