TGIF Solutions - Voty Insurance Agency

This used to be a great little agency. They used to have several great employees who were always willing to help. But since they switched to TGIF, its become a nightmare to deal with. The office can no longer be reached by phone for personal assistance. Every time I tried to call, I just got put through a lengthy automated system that always lead to a dead end. I have now switched insurance because of my terrible experience with Voty.

I have been with Voty insurance since I was 16 they have taken care of me with a timely manner. Randy knew my family personally and with his retirement I figured I would wait and see how things transition from one to another. Christy has stepped into his shoes with out blinking. I highly recommend them. From auto insurance to home insurance even help with retirement planning. They are wonderful.

Voty Insurance has given me more than 5 star service since 1975. Service has always been stellar - no matter the time of day or day of the week. My concerns have always been handled in a timely and efficient manner. Since Randy has retired Christi Dipenti has “filled his shoes” in a way that makes it apparent she has taken Randy’s attention to detail and training very seriously.

They are always willing to help me find whatever information I need, and give great advice. I have been with this agency since I started to drive, so for A LOT of years. I moved away, but stayed with this agency because the service can not be beat!

TGIF saved me over $600 a year!! They are always there to take care of my needs and answer all of questions... Great customer service. So happy I called for a quote!!
