AAA Warren Insurance and Member Services

On Jan. 2, 2026, I called the AAA office at 9:05am to see if a Notary was on the premises that's it that is all I wanted to know then I would made my way to their facility. I was put on hold for 45 minutes. I drove to their office when I walked in... 2 of the employees didn't have a customer as the third employee was with a customer. I asked why didn't one of other 2 employees pick up the phone to answer. The reply was... that is what the one employee does is to answer the phone but they are with a customer. A 30 second question on the phone turns into a 1 hour nightmare.

I've been here a few times, its typically a little slow and unwelcoming. After my last visit I felt I was treated fairly rudely and have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Took about an hour to register vehicle. Asked me if vehicle was on site, it should not have to be. Charged me $80ish to change my license address through the system, or else they’d “have to send the paperwork to the old address”. Lots of fussing over a license. A postmarked piece of mail should suffice, did not offer that option. I’ve registered vehicles in multiple states and never had to fork over as much info as this place required. Because, what the place actually does it try to rack up charges so you get an AAA membership. They give you a discount if you get one or have one. I would recommend going to another notary, you’re being baited and switched here. Otherwise, I did get the job done and a two year so I don’t have to do it again. But I’ll go elsewhere for another vehicle.

Employees made some pretty racist and inappropriate comments while I was in the office. Just because I'm white, doesn't mean I agree with your racist opinions. Disgusting.

Hands down the best AAA around! I used the Warren Pa establishment in August of 23. Very polite and I was in and out of there in no time. Highly recommend.
