ATTENTION: They pulled a bait and switch so be careful. Went into the office for a quote and received a great price for auto and renters. Cancelled my previous insurance. Made it home and received a call stating they cannot offer me this price and it will in fact be $70 more per month. Just received a cancelation letter in the mail stating they would be terminating my policy effective at the end of the month. I would look elsewhere for your insurance. If they're pulling shady tactics such as this who knows what they'll do when it's time to file a claim

Total loss on a vehicle and they can't provide a rental for over a week. I am losing over a week's worth of work and pay because of them. Why pay for full coverage comprehensive insurance when they still treat you like crazy and refuse to try to help you The woman who answered the phone literally told me to Google rentals when that is the insurance company's job to set me up with one. Extremely unprofessional
