If I could leave 0 stars I would, I’ve left a complaint about this women’s aggressive and Argumentative behavior. This IS THE WORST AGENCY/ AGNET IVE EVER COME in contact WITH. I’ve called her boss about her because I felt it was important that they know who is representing their company, I have money coming out of my paycheck that I did NOT authorize. I cut ties with this company almost 2 years ago and they’re still payments coming out of my check AFYER 2 years in the NEW YEAR! And know ones knows why I’m being told call the new conomay talk to Tracy! The back and forth is RIDICULOUS!!! Tracy is upset that I have questions that I’m trying to get down to the bottom of why money is still coming out of my check although she’s explained that it was taken care of OVER 2 weeks ago!! Never can get a hold of Aflack! My policy is now terminated because I couldn't get anyone on the phone to pay my $35! Shame
