We had questions concerning the way State Farm billing was handling one of our monthly payments. For some reason, our payment, on line, was being sent to another section of State Farm that would then write a check for payment. This was causing our payment to be late each month. Cass went over and above to help us resolve this problem. Her expertise in handling this issue was efficient and she explained each step that she took in doing so. We also had her check our home owners policy to ensure we had sufficient coverage. We really appreciated her assistance in these matters.
