Terrence Burney Insurance

The staff is helpful and friendly I have been with them for over 1 year now. I have had 3 6 month policy’s thru progressive with This agency and the cost has just got pretty rediculously high . Everyone my policy renews it’s keeps going up and up for one reason or the other . Whatever the case might be but I will be switching providers once my policy expires. I will not be paying $5000 for no insurance and that’s only one car with full coverage and one car with only liability.

We had Terrance Burney for 10 years. He is a CHEATER AND LIER and Scamer. He changes Insurance company. Check your MVR REGULARLY to make sure he doesn't add new people on your insurance and you paying for them like I did. Because Mr Burney you can run but you can not hide.

Stay away from this agency! He will change your policy without your permission and when you call tell you he has no idea what happened. He will also avoid your calls when he knows he did something wrong.

Weak move, sir. I left your company for another because you did not provide the service within the policy. Your response was to send me a bill for a month of coverage that was never provided. You are a joke. Just another scammer with a license to sell over priced insurance that doesnt cover anything. Anthony...
