Daniel Garcia - State Farm Insurance Agent

My mother's agent retired and she transferred to Daniel Garcia. She was never able to contact him by phone. I have tried. He is worthless. He never returns calls. She is transferring to my agent who is great and responsive. Run, don't walk, away from this guy.

Daniel Garcia is the insurance agent who handled the homeowner’s insurance policy for my recently deceased brother. As the administrator of my brother’s estate, I contacted Daniel Garcia several times and sent emails asking for his assistance in initiating a claim for hail damage on my brother’s home. Trying to get any help from the Daniel Garcia insurance agency was a total waste of time. Daniel specializes in ignoring client’s calls. He’s very good at that. Apparently practice makes perfect. I eventually got what I needed by calling the State Farm main call center. I have no beef whatsoever with State Farm Insurance. They are a fine company. Frustrating Experience – No Follow-Up or Clear Answers I have had a very disappointing experience with this agency and my assigned insurance agent. Calls and emails go unanswered for days—sometimes not at all. When I do manage to get in touch, my questions about policy changes are met with vague or incomplete explanations, leaving me more confused than before. The level of service is far below what I would expect from a professional insurance provider. Unfortunately, I have found them to be unhelpful, unresponsive, and lacking in the basic courtesy of keeping their clients informed. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable customer service.
