Rosalinda Aguero - State Farm Insurance Agent

So I've been with statefarm for the longest time and with a single agent in Little Elm since I've settled in Texas over 15yrs ago. Lately their service has been on the decline and ghosted calls. I've since relocated over the years and ended up in Mesquite. I never thought to switch agents and my loyalty remained with my originator. I am pleased to say today that I made that move to have the Rosalinda Aguero Team represent me. The specific agent "Beatriz", was highly knowledgeable in thoroughly explaining the coverages in my home and auto coverages and helped me to reduce my premiums ensuring I had a full understanding before making any decisions. They are very helpful and professional. Cynthia Alvarado helped me with finding better deals on home and auto insurance. She took the time to explain my options along with my coverages. Her work was excellent and effective.

Alexah did a tremendous job and was very consistent in providing insurance with me. I have an extremely busy schedule because I travel a lot. But she was able to keep up with me and get the job done. She has great skills and was patient not pushy like others can be. Very considerate of what kind of insurance and rates I was seeking.She also was very knowledgeable of what her company offered. Was a great pleasure working with her.

Alexah is AMAZING!!! She saved me a ton of money on my car and renters insurance, she was professional, quick to respond, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Even offered to come in on her off day due to my busy schedule. 10/10 give that girl a raise!!
