Michelle Childers was very helpful today. I called to continue our conversation from several weeks ago. I was interested in bundling my home owners insurance with auto. She took the time to explain everything in detail. Very patient with me. I felt like we became friends by telephone. I felt very good about the changes I made.

Michelle has been helping my family for years. She is the kindest person and works hard for you! She has always helped in ways I never thought I knew. I will not go to another insurance company. I highly recommend her and this team!

I have been with Allstate for 50+ years. The agency changed ownership in January 2024. I have had some issues that needed specific handling during this time period.
