HealthMarkets: John McCants

John is the best! Got group insurance for me and my employees for the very first time at the end of 2017. What was important to me was a broker who answered questions and concerns in a timely manner. We did not get that with our first broker. When reached out to John, it was night and day. John showed us how we could save money and get a better plan that the former broker had recommended. So we signed up through John and cancelled our old insurance plan. He's been great helping us onboard, which I didn't realize was also important, but so very much needed for an employer getting group insurance for their company for the first time.

John goes above and beyond to tailor proposals to both individual and company needs and requests. He even took off hour calls to explain in detail proposals to ensure appropriate fit and comfort level. I recently had a unique situation and required a several changes to which he was able to accommodate and find an adequate fit. John is very knowledgeable of the constant changes and regulations for the industry, including more unique situations.

John made an otherwise very confusing process quite easy. With my schedule I did not have time to focus as much as I would have liked on finding a plan suited for me but with John's assistance I was able to do just that - would recommend to anyone trying to navigate the healthcare market.

I wasted a lot of time trying to do on my own what he did for me in under an hour.
