Philip Cohn - State Farm Insurance Agent

Never started a policy or signed documents and I was getting correspondence from their office that I was delinquent on a home insurance policy. I had only asked for a quote that I never received. It was an error on their end, but I wouldn’t trust them with a policy after this experience.

Phil and his team are incredible. They helped me and my wife out of a bind with our previous, not so incredible, insurance company. They are willing to work with you and make sure you have every possible discount and piece of information you need. More of a family feeling than a business! Definitely recommend them.

Very rude to women, talked down to me in a way that insulted my intelligence, and not helpful to me or my client. This individual feels threatened by assertive women which does not contribute to a reputable stereotype for those of his age, race, or gender. There are so many better agents that have a great attitude and take the initiative to go above and beyond to genuinely serve clients. Philip is not this person, please save your time and money and ask to work with someone else. UPDATE: Residents can not take possession of an apartment unless they meet the requirements of move-in (per policy) add. insured being one of them. Called on a Monday to get a quote on Renter's insurance. Had used the agent previously. Heard nothing back so I called on Wednesday and spoke again to Dillon. He said he sent it to my daughter's email. She didn't get it. He said he would send it to my email address. Still haven't got it. That's poor customer service. Too many other agents out there looking for business.

Exceptional customer service. John and Rochelle are extremely helpful and always lookout for what's the best insurance options for me and my family. Personable, attentive and professional. I am extremely satisfied and have switched all my policies to State Farm because of them.
