He also was quick to question why I had chosen the insurance coverage I had and explain the nuance of insurance. Mitch helped me reduce my premiums while making monthly versus lump sum payments but he also lowered my deductible. What a great service provider he was for me. I came to trust Mitchell's knowledge and level of care that I decided to move my Umbrella policy to State Farm as well.

I had the unfortunate experience of having a flatbed trailer hauling granite merge into my lane too closely and damage my driver's side fender and my bumper. The driver kept going but I followed and a kind person also did and pulled in front of him at a light. I was able to get his information as a result and file a claim on his insurance. It was not a pleasant or easy experience despite the police report showing him at fault. The staff at this office guided me through out the back and forth with that company, offering support and tips so that I ultimately got the repairs covered and avoided an unnecessary totalling of my vehicle.
