I been working with alliance for some years now, and I never had a problem with them until a year ago when I have been assigned Jasmine. She allowed me to lose my place because she didn't want to properly advocate for my needs. And now since they had just did a transfer in caseworkers, they left me stranded on a second floor apartment with no way to get down Not to mention I can't walk at all. It's now been a total of six months And 43 days since I have been up here🤨 it was my husband carrying me up and down the steps, but because he is out of town for some time It's been 43 days since I left my home, not by choice.

Today I called trying to get information for my son who has special needs, Ms. Latoya was absolutely amazing to me. Was very responsive, answered all my questions and most importantly Helped me. I feel like I have been going around the circles with not knowing who to talk to get my son the help he desperately needs. All I will say I don't care for them. The care coordinators just talk and say they have this service and that service and never follows up on anything. They don't work around my schedule, always has to be theirs. When they come to my home they talk about their life and how busy they are. Just to mention a few things.

By far the worst insurance company. I was forced to have this piece of garbage company , instead of what I had before. Every damned time I go to see a doctor, I'm told that this company does not cover it. What the hell is the point in having insurance if they don't cover anything?! This company doesn't even deserve 1 star and the only reason I did is because I can't leave 0.

This is for Camelia Gardens, specifically but since Alliance Health owns that facility i need to let y'all know how you're being represented. If i could give 0 stars I could but this is going to be the place where I have to post this because there is no way to contact a responsible chain of command when going through the proper channels. These people are beyond a joke, next up is a law suit. My mom has only been with these people for 2 weeks and outside of the inconsistent care and the things that she is saying have gone missing we've been met with rude and frankly potentially dangerous staff behavior. 2 day ago on 8/13 my mother had called me around 1030 to complain that she hadn't been changed or visited all morning long.
