Kuan Ho - State Farm Insurance Agent

Long time home and auto customer made homeless by Statefarm. I have been unhoused out of state for over a month now due to the mishandling of a minor auto claim. Excessive delays, (literally over 4 weeks with no end in sight) avoidance, lies and incompetence now has my job at risk. I can't get home, or physically into the office. This is supposed to be "my agent", you know the good neighbor to help? They know they have left me unhoused in Michigan and they have done absolutely nothing to resolve this matter. These people are disgraceful! I though statefarm was the best insurance, boy was I wrong! Please don't trust them to protect your assets, or your loved ones. I'm living proof they have no regard for you. You're only a customer until you file a claim, then you become their victim.
