Not only was I provided excellent support from Ashlee Fossey, but I was given detailed information about my insurance policy that was made easy to follow due to Ashlee's amazing communication skills. When I had questions regarding my insurance policy, Ashlee was able respond back almost immediately and took the time to answer every one of my questions in detail. I was formerly with Progressive for six years, but made the switch to State Farm because of the amount of support and customer service that was provided by Ashlee Fossey. 100% would recommend if you haven't made the switch already!!!
