If I had known when my family members took out insurance with protective that I was going to have such a hard time getting there a fair straightened out when they passed away. I would have told them to not have taken out the insurance with them. These are the hardest people to deal with. I have repeatedly submitted the same paperwork. I have been to the courthouse numerous times to get copies of death certificates that they had already received. Did they claim that they had not received. Then they paid out finally. Then they said there was a cash benefit on the life insurance and that I had to resubmit the same paperwork over. Again. Do not do business with these people

Ive researched different insurances for various purposes; car/house/renters insurance etc, and the agent Wendy Lantz has had my best interests in mind for whatever life has thrown at me. She contacted me when there were better options for each service and even if someone had a better rate available. But her service & communication skills kept me with Teagle throughout the years. Her punctual responses keep business ahead of schedule & keep competitors on their toes!
