I have NEVER encountered a company as incompetent, careless, and money-grabbing as Taurus Insurance. Avoid them like the plague. They demanded a mountain of documents to approve a claim. I had to dig back 2.5 years for the original proof of purchase, and then spent three weeks proving usage — all while dealing with clueless, unhelpful staff. Finally, they approved the claim… only to insist I send my device for “repair” instead of replacing it. Then it got worse. They gave me the wrong tracked postage details, so I returned my device via ParcelLock. Now, 37 days later, my device is lost in Royal Mail, and guess what?
