I have been working with Sasser Insurance agency for several years. I recently switched to State Farm and saved 50% on my car insurance. My payments went from $958.33 per month down to $431.84 for the same cars and coverage. When I told Ethan of the switch, he told me that they could not stop my next payment of $958.33 payment from being processed so I call my bank and had the payment stopped. Now they have turned me over to a collection agency and I am having to prove my innocence. I HAVE MADE ALL OF MY ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS, I HAVE ALL THE RECORDS AND DO NOT OWE ANYTHING. I HAVE ALSO FILLED OUT A COMPLAINT WITH THE GEORGIA STATE INSURANCE COMMISSIONERS OFFICE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I called the office after hours expecting to leave a voicemail for the following day, and Ethan Sasser answered the phone with an excited and encouraging tone, eager to help me. We compared rates with my old policy and what kind of coverage I am looking for, and he helped me find the perfect one, while thoroughly explaining the coverage in detail- something so many other offices did not want to take the time to do. By the time we hung up, it was almost 3 hours after the office had closed.
