I just joined State Farm Insurance co for my home and auto. I admit that this is the best service and customer service that I have received yet! Justin Newsome is my agent and the definition of great service. He is so through and considerate. He listened to all of my concerns and delivered the best service that I could imagined. Wonderful experience. Recommend him to all!!!

This office is right around the corner from my house and in it is agent Justin Newsome, who took care of all my insurance needs (car, life, renter's) through State Farm. For me Justin is State Farm's face: treated me like family, gave me an outstanding and comprehensive service with detailed explanations of all the perks we were going through while originating this policy. I couldn't be more happy with Justin's work at Michael's office. I'm glad to have them in the neighborhood at walking distance.

I’ve been with State Farm 30 years for home insurance, off and on for auto insurance. Just last month I had auto insurance added on to bundle my service. The discount was Fantastic. Savings amount to over $1000 for a year. Discount for Home alarm and defensive driving course. The defensive driving course was more than I expected few things I kind of didn’t know about and I’ve been driving for at least 50 years. My State Farm representative is always professional, available, patient, friendly and very helpful..

I really don’t write reviews but I’m comfortable doing this one. I’ve been with Michael Longo State Farm since 2019. I can safely say it’s most professional, family like service team is nothing short of exceptional. I’ve tried ditching them for other insurance companies because I felt my payment was too high but to date I wasn’t able to make the switch. Why? They are just the best around. You ring this number and someone answers at your very first ring. Every time I wanted to lower my rate, someone always there to listen, take my concerns seriously and dig deep to make me more satisfied. I’ve always been assisted by Lyndsey and she is exceptionally courteous, professional and great to work with. My entire family cars and home insurance locked in with Michael Longo State Farm. #Satisfied!

Lyndsey was the most patient and helpful person I have ever encountered when shopping for insurance. Not only did she find exceptional rates for me but her customer service is on point!
