I’ve had a great experience with Maribel so far. What really stands out is her excellent customer service — every time I’ve called with a question or needed help, she’s been friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain things clearly. She’s always easy to reach, and I never feel rushed or passed around. It’s rare these days to find an agent who truly makes you feel like a valued customer, but that’s exactly how I feel with Maribel. I haven’t had to file a major claim yet, but based on how she handles regular interactions, I feel confident she’ll be just as supportive if I ever need to — that’s why I continue to renew my car insurance with them. Highly recommend if you value clear communication, reliability, and great customer service. I also get my events insurance from them

The absolute worst I don't know if perhaps they work out good payments with people but I pay in full and since this guy took over my plan went up over $200 What a rip off You got to read the fine print I found magnolia insurance in Hemet was far more reasonable and honest.. They tried to say something about my mileage blah blah blah but interesting how it's always been the same until this guy took over.. when you're paying in full this is the last place you want to go in fact I wouldn't suggest going here ever since the new guy took over He's got some deep pockets he needs you to line You better get on that quick ..
