******** Ridiculously high Broker Fee!!!!!! ***** They charged $1380 broker fee for $3000 insurance coverage!!!!! I've been using same agent over 10 years so I THOUGHT I could trust them. When she gave me a quote in June, it got really high, almost double since last one. When I asked her the reason for increase price, all she told me was "Insurance company jack up price", she didn't mention any "Broker Fee" It's my fault that I didn't read carefully to sign on "Docusign" . I should have requested her to provide clear invoice include Broker fee before I paid full. 6 month later, I paid same amount again. Once again, she NEVER mentioned about $1300 broker fee. A few days later, I received invoice from insurance company, it was only $3000. Therefore, I asked her what's the reason for the pr

If you need anything I recommend going here. They do their best to find you the cheapest insurance. They do charge broker fees but they appear to be cheaper than other agencies. I have worked with Lizette for years and she is awesome!
