I love being an AAA member; I like everything about this company !! But their is someone that I want to review as the absolute best receptionist that I have ever encountered anywhere in any business. My wife and I have been premier members for over 20 years. We came in on September 13 at around 10:30 AM. The first person that we came in contact with at the reception desk was a young Hispanic man. Very happy about his job apparently, very personable, very efficiently doing his job, very bubbly; just the best at his job !!! You hired a gem of a person; don't loose him. My wife even commented that he was so kind, helpful, fast at checking people in and getting them into the right place. Who ever hired him did everyone a good service; both company and the patrons. They're good about getting you in and out in a timely manner. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I can say is sometimes they don't speak loudly enough to hear your name over the crowd. And the payment methods can be somewhat limiting. Overall a good experience though.

I was in last week and a small white girl with mousey brown hair to her shoulders, was very rude to me just because i wasnt understanding things. Maybe she was like a feminist or something and didnt like my bold look. I had good care from this location until that girl. Bad face for the store front maybe she should find a new job or be in a cubical ware no one has to deal with her.

Proud member since 1986 but you would think after doing business with someone you wouldn't be forced to stay with them because there's almost no one else to choose from. No personal attention, no hold on let me get the manager on the phone and see what we can do or even a I understand but maybe this might better suit your needs. Call me a woman, but I need consistency, even if it's only a business relationship
