The worst customer service and communication. An agent kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me. Called back and the line was busy for a very long time. Do not use this company for homeowners insurance!!!!

Wow no wonder they havent got a review in years. I can imagine why. My experience with this agency has been the worst. I am trying really hard to provide very much needed services to our communities and this agency is supposed to be helping me do this with their insurance services. But they have been the worst. The communication is so so so unprofessional. They don’t listen to your needs and wants for your business. Doesn’t matter if you go talk to them in person or over the phone or email. Nothing. I can upload endless attempts of communication with them to make changes to my policy within the appropriate time given to make changes so that later those needed changes don’t hurt my business. But they haven’t cared. The manager Elianny Ramirez literally told me they have a queue for insuranc

Was lost on all steps needed to set up my company. Heber was patient and super helpful. He guided me on every step and even advise me on all things need to set up my company correctly. Highly recommended
