I contacted Sonya regarding homeowners insurance. She was able to find a suitable, and much less, policy for my home. She was pleasant to work with and very efficient! I have already been contacted by this agency a few times to ensure that everything was going good, and to thank me. I had another agency for 30 years and the only time I spoke with them, was when I called. I am very impressed with Butler and Messier.

Worst agency or maybe just the agents are lazy. Agents never call you back, are rude and very unprofessional. Reached out multiple times left voicemails, sent emails and never received a call back! Got a call back quick when they knew I wanted to cancel my policy with them. I switched direct, got a better rate with my policy nicely explained. I am so happy to no longer be associated with this agency or their rude staff.

Bruce was incredibly patient and helpful in assisting in my rental property and business insurance policies. He thoroughly explained everything in detail, and got me a fantastic rate! A great recommendation from a highly credible financial advisor.

Great company! Sonia is my account manager she is fantastic. She always is always available when I need to speak with her or handle things related to my file. Lovely lady.
