They didn’t just sell, they made sure I was properly insured with the right coverage for my needs.

If I could give this insurance a negative 5 stars then I would they are the most complicated insureds I’ve ever worked with they are lucky I didn’t sue the guy that hit my car. They took 6 months for me to receive a check to fix my car. Then when I would need a rental they made it so complicated and tried to lie and say they gave me money to total my car . They just are so complicated they keep making me call from the dealership that my car is getting fixed to them because they can’t communicate properly

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Hagerty Insurance trying to insure a classic truck I own, They accepted me and gave me a quote. Next day, said they weren't accepting me due to a lift kit, I had the truck lowered to their specifications, the denied me again saying it wasn't lowered enough, I did exactly what was asked, They doubled my quote. Then declined me again because of storage. They literally gave me the run around, wasted a week's worth of my time and additional money!!! Every individual I spoke with (5 total), had different information for me. Customer service stinks! American Collectors Insurance all the way!!!!! Up front and no issues
