Terrible experience with Chris Reynolds and Amy which started about 2 weeks ago. Today’s phone call was the capper. Chris talked down to me, obviously didn’t want to give me a quote, and gave me misinformation about some issues. He had been recommended to me, but I would never recommend this company to anyone, unless you like to be put on speaker phone without your knowledge, ignored for 2 weeks while you wonder what happened to the initial interest in giving you a quote, and then treated poorly when you FINALLY get a call back. By the way, Progressive had no trouble insuring our home, and even corrected misinformation Chris gave me.

Absolutely horrible with claim payments, police reports, photos, body cam, dash cam, eye witness statements on video. Still no payment, no response for over 24hrs, and still trying to weasel out of some of my expenses that have all been well documented.

Helped me get the insurance I needed. Was able to work with my busy work schedule and get it done via email. Great place.
