Dennis is friendly and always answers my questions when I call. He is even nice when I call and ask the same questions over because I forgot the answer. When I leave a message he always came back. He is very helpful when I got into an accident with an uninsured and unlicensed driver. He helped me through the whole claims process. I highly recommend him.

I got insurance with Dennis last August when I got my new car. We were paying an outrages premium with our old insurance and our old car was a 2001 Neon. They wanted an outrageous amount for our new car. I checked with Dennis and got car insurance AND renters insurance for less money than the other company wanted. BUT that's not the best. My car battery was dead this morning and I called Dennis to find out how to beat handle for road side assistance. He came to my home and jump started my car with his own truck!!!! What other agent would do that for a customer???? None that I know of. He really cares about his customers.

Not sure how anybody thinks he's PROFESSIONAL. Multiple times he's been rude over simple questions. He cut me short one time when calling about having insurance put on my garage. All because another customer came in. I was a paying customer. Also told me the other day I wasn't worth his time because my insurance went up with no warning, so I called to cancell. Instead I got a lecture and said I wasn't worth his time. Also told me my rate going up with no warning WAS JUST LIFE. Unless your a pretty woman or in his social standards. You get treated on a lesser standard.

Love working with Dennis Andrews, his company insures my vehicle, home and a rental property. He is not only prompt, his commitment to customer satisfaction is the best! I wouldn't trust anyone else to protect my assets.

After going through an unnecessary experience with Allstate AND an accident that involved an uninsured motorist....Dennis went above and beyond what any normal insurance agent would do for their customers. He will do everything within his means to make sure your needs are met. He may say that it "Is just his job", but to me, it was much more! I HIGHLY recommend him if you are looking for a great insurance agent!
