I was referred to this agency by a personal friend in the insurance industry who asked me to give this company a try. To this point in my life I had not had any claims that were unavoidable or caused by negligent behavior and I was proud of this until I was advised by my old homeowners carrier that I was going to be cancelled "If I had any more claims." This was seriously after having three claims in a 10 year period which were completely beyond my control. I cancelled my old homeowners because of this. My Husband called Crapo on Monday for a multi Vehicle policy quote and here it is Friday morning and still no call back with the quote!!!! I even called them on Wednesday and was told they was in a meeting and would return my call still waiting, needless to say I will not be doing business with this company!!! Not recommending them to anyone....and I only gave 1 star because I had to!!!
