This place is wild. We called about a month ago and spoke with an agent who had us on the phone for around 45 minutes or so collecting information to get us a quote for a business that clearly falls within the boundaries of what Swamp Fox advertises to cover. Most of that is irrelevant, however due to the fact that the agent took all of our information was very polite and said he would reach back out to me on Monday after he had a chance to enter the information and put it out for some quotes. So next week comes around and I didn’t jump up and call him right away on Monday when I did not hear from them, but I did continue to wait a week.
