Customer Reviews
Terrible customer service at this Moncks Corner location. They were hindering a policy for my farm for over 4 months, we weren’t sure if we had insurance or not, numerous phone calls and e mails never returned. Changed FB office location to Holly Hill where they are ontop of everything.
I have been with Farm Bureau for over 20 years. I am always satisfied when I speak with Tim at the Moncks Corner office. Tim has years of experience.
Communication at this office is almost non existing. Several calls not returned, emails with no response.
Not friendly communication with me because my hearing loss I recommend allstate is best!
Bonnie is the best. Makes everyone feel welcome when they walk in the door.
