The sweet lady at the front desk (sorry I didn't catch your name) and Mrs Gamble thank you both for your prayers and Mrs Gamble for the jellyfish 😁 (my little guy is just as mesmerized as I am lol). After spending days shopping for homeowners insurance, I decided to call CT Lowndes. Clarence was the agent assisting me & my only regret was that I hadn’t started with him! He was careful to make sure I was informed & completely comfortable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain details I didn’t quite understand & ultimately found us a policy that was more affordable with MORE coverage! While his professionalism was outstanding, his friendliness was equally exceptional. I will be moving ALL of my insurance policies to this company. Affordable insurance rates are becoming harder & harder to find in today’s economy but excellent customer service is seldom ever found. Here, I found BOTH! Jamie Bailey has been an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I have never been in need of flood insurance before but having found ourselves in a situation that now required it, Jamie was recommended by a friend as someone who would understand our needs as well as work to find the best coverage at the lowest price. She did! We had intentionally price shopped locally and with the big box insurers on our own but it was Jamie who presented us with the coverage we ultimately elected to go with saving somewhere in the ballpark of $1500 to $1700 per year!! Glad to have found Jamie and looking forward to many more years of great service and custom care.
