Susquehanna Insurance - Erie Insurance

My wife and I have been working with Susquehanna Insurance for the past three years dealing with our Medicare supplement insurance and Part D insurances. Ellie is very knowledgeable about the different plans and options available and has helped us figure out the plan that is best for us in regards to coverage and premium. She has always been responsive to our questions through emails and then took the time in person to work through all the paperwork. The office staff is always very friendly as well. We can highly recommend Ellie and Susquehanna Insurance in comparing and securing the insurance that is right for you.

I was looking for new auto insurance, and several friends recommended Erie Insurance. They have excellent customer service. I spoke with real people, not automated answering systems. And I consistently spoke with the same person each time I called, or they called me back. Miriam was beyond through at explaining the policy, which nobody had ever done for me before. I'm now paying half as much as I was with my old insurance company (Nationwide), with better coverage. Even with adding renters insurance, it's still significantly less than what I was paying before. If there's ever a claim to file, I know I have a specific agent I can call for assistance.

Rebecca Hayes did an outstanding job of helping me switch Home & Auto insurance. I highly recommend them and not only did I get great customer service but I also acquired better insurance and it was more affordable than my previous insurance carrier.
