Unlike many of the reviewers, I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Lititz Mutual Insurance. After a neighbor’s tree fell into my yard, the claim was handled quickly and efficiently. Erika, my claim representative, was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Communication was great and the claim was paid promptly. Truly a positive experience from start to finish.

We had damage to our home due to huricane Hellene. It has been over 1 year and yet to settle. They sounded good at first and when the repair estimates started coming in they ignored my calls. I had to hire a public adjuster to dispute their pay off amounts. They offered 50% of the estimates to repair. My policy is a " cost of repair" policy witch is BS. I am still trying to deal with them with no luck. Run from this company

I had absolutely the worst experience with this company gouging me with costs after a claim was made by an unprofessional and misleading adjuster. After twenty years of never making a claim, I had a pipe burst and decided to call the insurance company. They sent over an adjuster who completely mislead me to make two more claims on the same day based on other issues he observed in my house. The adjuster didn't put them all in on the same day because he is paid by the number of visits he makes. He put it into the system as if he had come back on multiple days. The adjuster told me that my rates would not increase significantly. I directly asked him about this. He told me that my rates will only go up about $100 to $200 per year. Please run from this scam of an insurance company. We have used them for several years. Our siding was coming off and our roof got damaged in a storm. Long story short, we tried to file a claim and got rejected. And now they are dropping us because our roof and siding is damaged the very thing they refused to cover. They are scammers and should be ashamed of how they run their business.

Great company, until you file a claim. We've been trying for months to receive additional money from a claim that was drastically underpaid. The company doesn't understand the requirements for providing status updates. They also have a new online system that is a complete joke. Still can't register and was told to call them since they are unable to link multiple policies online.
