We have three separate policies, home, auto and dwelling fire policy on our rental home. We made a switch. few years ago to GIA because of their customer service. Fast forward to the present, those policies came up for renewal with this January. Paula Knosp, our agent, was awesome at providing us the side by side comparisons from their portfolio companies. She went the extra mile to model our rates using all the discounts available and overall her efforts saved us money.
