I have had Nationwide for a while now. I had a car accident and total my car. Susan Moore was wonderful to work with. She took care of everything for me. I just bought a house and almost was not able to close on time because of Rosio Arteaga . She would not call back the lender in a timely manner regarding the home insurance. The lender had to call her a few times, I had to go down to the office myself requesting the information. She had no sense of urgency. My lender stated "nationwide is definitely not on your side". With this kind of customer service, I will definitely be shopping around. With this said, I hope that Susan offers more customer focus training for Rosio. It is needed.
