Michael Kuster is usually responsive and helpful. But office staff are horrible. Receptionist would not let me speak to Mike, and insulted our gifted, responsible daughter who has insurance through our family policy there. Allstate offers no discount on your policy for covered college students who do not drive or have a car. Allstate offers no method to submit any complaint to them. Allstate left my small business at risk by mishandling my business insurance policy.
