Kiki is the best! - answers all questions, makes suggestions and is always there when we need advice or to file a claim. We'd worked with her before (different agency) and she was our go-to then as well. Professional, helpful, and has a great sense of humor. What more could one want in an agent?

Ramiro Argomaniz went above and beyond checking in every renewal period to see if State Farm can offer me a better rate than my current provider. They were finally able to be more competitive and I decided to make the switch. He explained the process every step of the way and also provided multiple quotes for all the needs I had. Worst Insurance Agency Experience Ever: This is the first time I had such a bad experience with any insurance agency that too any one with State Farm. First, the agents at this agency are very unprofessional, they never call you when you need them even if you leave message to be called back. They will hide the facts from you for an auto policy to give you lower quote and when you pay the money they will tell you - oh we signed you up for that service to reduce your premium, what?? when you were suppose to tell about it??? and when I try to contact the owner of the agency about this issue they will never transfer the call to him and will give you some random reason. I cancelled my policy with them in few mins after taking the policy, as soon as I realized what they did with me. DON'T ever g

I worked directly with Ramiro. He was extremely helpful and understanding of my circumstances. It was the easiest and most efficient experience I have had when changing insurance companies! And, it is really nice to have someone local to handle all of our insurance needs (instead of the nationally based company I was previously with). Really easy process to get setup and the pricing were drastically better than GEICO and Progressive. With those combined, the decision was a no brained. They even followed up to check if the app was working well so good customer service.
