Susan Monce - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've known Susan and Johanna for many years. They've always taken care of our family. Johanna is especially good at sharing quick ideas and information so we can make smart decisions. She's a joy to work with. Life changes, new homes, my parents needs change, and they are right there with us through it all.

This office has always been good to me. Usually, I hate calling places and just use websites and apps, but Susan's office/employees are just so easy to call up and talk to. They can add/cancel/edit your policy within minutes. If you're looking for an agent with a great team, look no further.

I overheard a conversation with Susan Monce with a younger customer keep in mind this is the 4th interaction I’ve observed. SHES SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Rude isn’t the word. I think she only likes a “certain” customer base. If a customer asks for clarification it means they don’t understand- she’s supposed to be the “professional insurance agent “ they aren’t . Sad because our family has used State Farm for probably 40 years . I’ll Will definitely let as many people as I can know . I don’t want to honk that she doesn’t like custom Era that look like her , however at this point t it’s beginning to look that why sadly . Been working with Andy and Susan for years now! Absolutely adore the friendly staff who are always willing to answer any of my questions!

This place has been my go-to for all of my insurance needs for many years!! And while ALL of the employees are helpful and polite, Cori always seems to add that perfect balance of care, concern, and humor, to any interaction I'm lucky enough to be a part of!!!
